Olebogeng Duncan Sehularo
Managing Director
Duncan holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). He also holds an Honours degree in Industrial Psychology and B Admin degree. Duncan is a registered Construction Safety Manager with SACPCMP (Reg: CHSM/270/2016). Other academic achievements include; certificates in issues such as HIV/AIDS, Modern SHEQ management fundamentals of risk assessment and Rural Participatory Appraisal as well as a safety management course (SAMTRAC). In relation to SHEQ, he possesses variety of certificates such as SAMTRAC, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, I, HIRA, Incident Investigation, etc…
Duncan was recruited by IRCA (Pty) Ltd in 2002, and was employed to facilitate the implementation of Behaviour Business Optimization and Behaviour based safety change management processes. In 2004 he became Behavioural Safety Management Solutions Project Manager for NOSA. He worked for IRCA in different capacities such as Project Leader, Project Manager, and Senior Consultant. Duncan has lead all the projects this company have since inception till to date.
Keabetse Sehularo

Keabetswe holds a Matric, Diploma in Tourism Management and many health and Safety Short courses. She is currently studying for her second diploma with UNISA. As the sole Owner and Director of B-Safe Property, she is on the ground running the day to day business activities with her husband a mentor.
Keabetswe is a young passionate entrepreneur who believes in hard work and commitment in everything she does. She believes now is the time to expand her business in construction work. She is surrounded by the best and experienced team of professionals. Keabetswe now believes success is certain through hard work.
William Leepile

Mr Leepile is a highly experienced, motivated and passionate education, training and community development practitioner. A qualified graduate in adult education, training and community development. Mr Leepile has worked in community education, training and development projects for several years with prominent training centres. He has a very successful track record of guiding vocational skills projects across a wide range of sectors. He has 22 years’ experience of successful outcomes within education and training space. Mr Leepile have an advanced knowledge in developing scope, keeping projects running, submitting deliverables for all parties involved. He is a people’s person with excellent relationship management skills. He excels in outlining project scope, managing timelines and deadlines. He is an implementor of note, through tracking and reporting an overall progress. Though he is yet to be recognized as QCTO and SETAs ambassador on the ground as he represents their framework with diligence
